You can take more pa: Since one pill did not relieve your pain, you can take one more now and then repeat 2 pills every 4 to 6 hours. It is best not to mix medicines but preferably take full doses of the one medicine prescribed for you. Taking a aleeve on top of it is safe but may not do much more than just taking 2 pills of percocet.. You do need to see a dentist soon as you probably have a infection/abcess in yr toot.

Major problem: You are taking pretty strong medication for it to not be working. You do not say if you recently had treatment completed, or if it has been years since your last dental checkup. It is very possible that you have an infection, and therefore antibiotics would be indicated. Er visit until you can see a dentist in the morning. Feel better soon.

Call DDS: Emergency!: With certain severe dental problems, no matter how much pain medication you take, it won't relieve the pain. Taking too much pain medication can even make you sick or cause other medical problems on top of you dental problem. Also, how will you get to the dentist if you are too drowsy to drive? Still another problem. See your dentist immediately instead as an emergency visit.

Yes, but: Yes, but there is a reason for the percoct not working. Call prescribing dentist to discuss. You may need antibiotics. Based on your circumstances you may be able to take 2 percocet at a time.
