Sure, good combo: No drug interactions. Good acute pain management and anti inflammatory combination. However, only for a short period of time up to 10-14 days. You also can alternate between medications due to pain relief quality of the ibuprofen. Take care.

Alternating those : Two meds is fine. Try Ibuprofen (600 mg to 800 mg) during the day to help prevent effects of narcotics on your CNS . Then use the oxycodone medication at night/evening to help. After a few days the Ibuprofen alone should be enough. Good luck !
