No worries: Infectious mononucleosis (called glandular fever in some countries) is the result of infection with a virus called Epstein Barr virus (EBV). Once recovered from mono, people are immune to new EBV infections. Your partner can't get it again -- of course assuming her previous diagnosis of mono was correct.
