Have Thyroid checked: Anxiety may certainly cause headaches, upset stomach, and feeling hot. It depends on which came first, the anxiety or the other symptoms. It is great that your CBC and urine tests are normal, but you may need other tests to rule out an organic cause of your symptoms. Thyroid dysfunction can definitely cause all the symptoms you describe including anxiety. If normal, consider trial of SSRI med.
