Unrelated: symptoms, suggestions and lab results !! you may want to see your doctor for evaluation not to ask for an MRI beforehand, which you may very well not need.Ur neck stiffness and headache can be just muscles sprain of your neck and scalp,rest,warm compresses and pain killers can help meanwhile.Ur stomach upset can be due to GERD,very common,antacid/PPI can help for now.Labs are irrelevant, good luck
