No concern : It's borderline at max best. I as well would have little concern for prolonged QT syndrome with those numbers. However you should always keep in mind that medications can prolong the QTc. If you're concerned about it make sure that you're not on any meds that can make it worse.

Episodes of chest pain, SOB, dizziness. During an active episode, HR 124bpm, BP 149/70. PCP said ECG was okay. But the ECG report signed off by cardiologist says ST abnormality possibly digitalis effect, but I'm not on digitalis therapy. Advice?
