Can long qt be intermittent? some ekgs show prolonged qt, some don't. pcp and ep say not a concern since highest is 475 and not constantly high.

Long Qt: If you have been evaluated by an Electrophysiologist and they don't believe there's anything concerning then you shouldn't worry. There's a lot of factors that can affect your QT interval unless you have family history of long QTC syndrome. I am sure your EP doctor have evaluated you for that as well.
