Card unlikely: Need work up for GERD, other common causes of CP in someone of your (very young) age. If concerned is cardiogenic, consider stress test.

Maybe: Persistent chest pain without any other symptoms may be related to muscles, bones or ligaments in the chest however there are also other causes. You may need further testing and it's best to follow your doctor's advice.
