Weight: There is no way tools weight immediately. It requires time and persistence. The two pillar of loosing weight are DIET and EXERCISE. Master these two tasks and you will loose weight but not "immediately" .

Immediate weight: loss isn't a realistic goal. To be effective - weight loss program should not be "fast". Eat healthfully & be physically active. Aim for 7.5 to 8 hrs of sleep / night. Hydrate w at least 64 oz of water / day. Calories burned must > calories consumed. Do both cardio & weight training.
