It takes time to los: There is no quick fix..Weight comes on slowly, it should be taken off slowly. The trick is to eat less and exercise more daily. Avoid calorie rich foods which are heavy on fats and sugars. Use fruits and veggies/salalds as fillers to curb your appetite. Eat protein rich foods as they lower your appetite. These include, eggs(whites especially), nuts, fish and low fat dairy products like mild and yo.
