Unlikely, a low dose: yet impossible to answer. Why? Results=a function of absorption food+any supplements minus body (especially bone marrow) usage & rate of loss (especially in red blood cells), thus very individual. Knowing requires more information & rechecking Serum Fe, ferritin & TIBC, etc. Common supplement dosages (e.g. Slow-Fe) is 2 x 160-325 mg/day, higher doses tending to induce constipation & GI problems.
