TSI normal: Normal people commonly have a low level of tsi. Much higher levels are seen in some, but not all, patients with graves' disease. Diseases cause symptoms, but just having the symptoms doesn't mean you have a certain disease. If your thyroid tests are normal, then your thyroid is normal. Look to other possible causes.
