Difficult to advise: with wisdom from a distance. However, suggest studying the work of Robin McKenzie & John E Sarno for understandings likely to be helpful. MRI does not see the cause of pain; only one way of looking at anatomy, better for soft tissue than CT & no radiation, yet can easily be interpreted in misleading ways which sell fear, procedures & treatments which not only don't work but can make things worse.
