Foot and ankle : At 37 weeks out you should be under the care of a podiatric or orthopedic foot and ankle surgeon. Surgery may just be the best option for you, then followed with physician directed physio. Plorotherapy and or prp can be tried if your surgeon agrees.

Very unusual: Your post-injury course is not typical. Make sure no cartilage injury to the talus on mri. If significant ligament injury i would consider ankle arthroscopy and ligament reconstruction (brostrum repair).
