Urea cream: Go to your pharmacy and ask for urea cream 20%. There are several brands but they all work the same. Use it twice a day and be patient for several weeks. If you are using any soap beside Oil of Olay, change it. Hard water (well) will also make the condition worse.

During winter i always feel very cold. My hands and feet especially can never be warm even if i wear socks or stay by the fire place. And during summer i am always very hot. But i don't really sweat much. Can you please help me. ?
