Cholestasis: Itching on the hands and feet is a classic sign of cholestasis of pregnancy. This is a dangerous condition that could cause in utero fetal death. You need to tell your OBGYN right away so they can do bloodwork and make a plan about delivery. You will likely need to deliver early, and you may need to have antenatal testing.
