Consider Raynaud's: This may be Raynaud's syndrome. This is often a benign condition, that is uncomfortable but poses no danger of gangrene. However it may be associated with underlying problems ( scleroderma most often) that may require treatment. You should have an evaluation by a rheumatologist or a vascular specialist
