Stiff hands and feet during pregnancy?

Totally Normal!: Swelling of the extremities is common during pregnancy. This can cause a secondary "stiffness' that you will feel. This disappears after the pregnancy is over. Increase your water intake and watch your salt intake. Manage as best you can, but definitely increase your water and watch your salt. Discuss with your OB at next visit!
