I have ana 1:320 homogenous speckled pattern, raynauds, dilated nail fold capillaries, tiny petechiae on arms, fatigue, aches, dry mouth, sore glands. i have ibd too. my blood count and crp were fine so was discharged but dermatology think autoimmune?
