A 23-year-old female asked:

I have ana 1:320 homogenous speckled pattern, raynauds, dilated nail fold capillaries, tiny petechiae on arms, fatigue, aches, dry mouth, sore glands. i have ibd too. my blood count and crp were fine so was discharged but dermatology think autoimmune?

It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. You likely have an autoimmune disorder. It would be prudent to see a rheumatologist. Wish you good health!
