That is lean: However, does your doctor believe you are underweight due to medical issues or is that JUST THE WAY YOU ARE? Are your parents tall and lean as well? The only healthy way I would advise you to gain weight is by starting an exercise regimen or program of calisthenics and then, moving into weight training...but nothing crazy...you'll start filling out. Foodwise...gotta eat HEALTHY..not volumninously

Eat healthy foods: that are high in calories. Eat 6 meals /day. Work on strength training to build large muscle groups. Work out w heavier weights w fewer repetitions. Sleep at least 8 to 9 hrs/night. Hydrate well w water. Foods to help w healthy weight gain: almonds, cashews, pecans, sunflower seeds, flax seeds, walnuts, hummus, Avocadoes, granola, trail mix, dried fruits, extra virgin olive oil &, canola oil.
