I'm 16 yr old,height 154cm and weight 74kg. what should i do my height is not increasing and i'm overweight. i went gym for 6 month only 4 kg reduced. but height is still 154cm is there any solution for my height and weight?

You may be done growing taller. Overweight kids can accelerate the closure of growth plates that will end further height increase. An x-ray of a wrist/hand can reveal status of growth plates. Some males finish growing taller at 16 anyway. You make more impact on your weight by discipline at the dinner table than at the gym, although both matter. Eat better & less/exercise and it will get better.

Your height is controlled by your genes so expect to be only a bit taller than the average of you father and mother. I would also do a height family tree and average that in men. Then discuss with your team.
