Catarrh or thrush: Sounds like a bit of an upper respiratory infection, likely viral, could be oral thrush. I think an examination by the pediatrician should be sufficient to solve the problem. In the mean time make sure whatever goes in her mouth is CLEAN (including your nipples if you are breastfeeding) and be sure she stays WELL HYDRATED. Watch for any elevated temperature or fever and report right away.
