Pneumonia?: Despite what it "feels" like, most likely the blood and sputum (phlegm) are coming from bronchial tubes or lung. Maybe from your sinuses, but this is unlikely if no nasal congestion and no blood when you blow your nose. Blood in sputum (hemoptysis) has many possible causes, often serious (pneumonia, pulmonary embolism [blood clot], and more). See a doctor ASAP, i.e. before the weekend.
