Scared i've got cancer cough and cold for about 4 weeks and wen i've coughed there's been a tiny bit of blood in it, happened 4 times now please help ?

Its possible: That there is cancer- one cannot rule this out but it would not be on top of my list. Infection such as bronchitis can cause this as well and chronic lung conditions such as bronchiectasis. Get evaluated - early treatment is key for best outcomes. You need testing
