Numbness: BuSpar (buspirone) is a fairly mild drug ... And if this symptom just happened to occur out of the blue after 3 months of daily administration - it's quite unlikely. Generally having the perception of being "cold" in your extremities is a result of blocked blood vessels (the brain prioritizes blood flow to protect the vital organs like the heart).
