Allergy?: A 43 year old male with hand and feet itching that resolves with an antihistamine sounds like an allergy. It could be a contact allergy (touching or coming into contact with something you are allergic to). Could also be hives that show up on just your hands and feet because of pressure. The list of contact allergens and causes of hives is long, so it would be prudent to see an allergy specialist
