Cold Hands Feet: At 19 you many have what is called Raynaud's Phenomena if the color goods this way. 1. They turn white when exposed to cold including reaching in to fridge. This is because of vasoconstriciion. 2, Then they turn blue due to red cells in hand not getting O2 because of 1. 3. Then turn bright red as 1 stops and blood flows in very rapidly due to 2. Or maybe you just have a SNS that is overactive.
