Hmm, time for the Dr: Sounds like it is time for you to see the Dr. and have them examine you. Sounds as if your infection may be getting into your lungs at this point causing a possible bronchitis or at the least reactive airway disease with pleuritic pains and your dyspnea (painful breathing). See the Dr. for an exam and treatment asap. Best wishes.

See PCP: See your doctor asap. Need to rule out Strep and avoid developing pneumonia if possible.
