Can an off and on sore throat be related to c5 disk problems and stenosis? occurs same spot lower left about the size of a quarter. no known reason. endoscope clear. ongoing for years. same side as shoulder/back pain?

A neurologist would be best to answer whether a C5 disk pressing on a nerve root could cause such a localized throat discomfort. Certainly neck pain and discomfort in the shoulder,arm & hands are common Perhaps the throat symptom is of muscular origin.
