Yes: stress can come out in many ways without noticing it, such as autoimmune diseases for example. You might be making antibodies to certain parts of the body as part of the process. If you have concerns about stress, discuss with your doctor. Just the fact that you mentioned it tells me it was on your mind. Best to you.
