De-stress: Addressing the underlying stress will improve your enjoyment of food. If you've lost a significant amount of weight and need to put weight back on you can try drinking Boost or Ensure. I used to have my elderly patients who couldn't enjoy food and were losing weight make milkshakes once a day with some added protein (whey or soy).

Wt Loss & Disease?: You may associate wt loss with stress and you may be correct but wt loss can also mean illness. You should have a thorough checkup to rule out any underlying illness. If none is found then you may try any of the food supplements available such as Ensure Shakes. A good balanced diet should do the job if the cause of stress isremoved.

Exercise plus: Exercise helps a lot. This will boost u'r metabolism in a positive way and then U'r cells will need more nutrients. The other thing is to calm the acid down in your stomach. Would start with using Over Counter Prilosec or Prevacid in morning and Zantac (ranitidine) in evening. Avoid caffeine, spicy food, alcohol, citrus, vinegar, cigarettes, tomato based stuffs. And finally research stress relieving techniques
