What is causes of lips cracking due to abdominal disease?

Depends...: It all depends on what disease you are talking about. There are a few conditions that can cause sores in the mouth( colitis), but if you are having, for example,severe diarrhea and not drinking dehydration can cause lips to crack as well. Follow up with your doctor in order to get a final diagnosis.
