What are some causes of shoulder pain with pulsing on right side of head only? sometimes there is a headache or pain on right side of abdomen.

Unusual: Those three things occurring together are unusual things to be connected as being caused by the same thing. I could maybe see a muscular spasm in your shoulder and neck causing some head pain if your head muscles are also involved but it doesn't make sense to have your abdomen also involved. I'd see your doctor and have a more detailed conversation about these symptoms and possible treatments.
