Ganglionic Cyst: Most likely a ganglionic cyst of the joint synovium. These will often resolve with rest from repetitive actions like typing, piano, Tennis. They can be injected with a corticosteroid or if necessary, surgically removed. Please see a physician for an exam to be sure it is nothing more serious than that.
