Possibly cyst: This could be a benign cyst, or less likely a chronically enlarged lymph node. Don't take "no problem" as an answer. Be persistent until you get a diagnosis. If the doctor is not sure this nodule should perhaps have an ultrasound, fine needle biopsy, or a ct scan to clarify what it is.
