Lump on shoulder: Please do not worry but please do see your doctor. It may be a sebaceous cyst, which are quite common and treatable. If it is something more serious you need to know that too. Peace and good health.

If it’s not both you: -& had been the same for a year i would not worry. Most likely a ganglion cyst from the AC joint. For peace of mind, have it looked at by an orthopedic surgeon.
