Obese: She has a BMI of 36 and would be considered obese. If she has any medical problems like high blood pressure or high cholesterol, she would be considered morbidly obese. She doesn't need to diet. She needs to eat healthy by reducing her carb intake and eating more protein and veggies. She also needs to exercise. She will soon qualify for weight loss surgery if she doesn't start losing weight.
