Likely yes: It is possible that as a result of the extra weight you may have what's called obesity hypoventilation syndrome aka Pickwickian syndrome. This can also result in sleep apnea. I would recommend that you see a pulmonary specialist who may be able to interpret tests to help determine this and guide you toward treatment that will likely include weight loss.
