Yes they do help.: Try to smile & laugh more and frown & worry less. You're still young to worry about this things. Use skin creams, lotions and toners in the meantime. Stay active and minimize sun exposure!

Keep skin moist: Keep the skin moist especially at sleep. The eyelids heat up with everyone at night. Anything that feels good will be proactive. Just don't put stuff accidentally in your eyes.
