Dermatology: This is not normal. It is not common. Ice is not known to cause permanent damage. I would advise getting in to see a good dermatologist to find out what is really going on.

Ice: On your skin is of no value. Im not exactly sure what you are trying to accomplish but you should see a medical esthetician or a dermatologist for help.
