25 pounds: Weight gain of 25 pounds will be healthy for baby once you reach that weight - tryto add walking and easy activity to stay healthy.

Eat well: In pregnancy, weight loss is not recommended. For women of normal weight, 20-30lbs is recommended. If heavier, 15lbs is recommended. The most important thing is to remember to eat well, lots of fresh fruits/veggies, whole grains, lean proteins, avoid refined & processed food, & drink water. Eat small meals and it frequently rather than big meals. Walk every day and enjoy the journey.
