No: if you are having so much pain you might need an urgent surgery either go to the ER where your surgeon works and they should admit you or call the surgeon and ask for an urgent appointment if you are having pain constantly you are no longer elective case you are emergency or urgent case

NO: You should call your surgeon and inform your condition. to make sure you are not having acute complications due to gall stones. l You may need urgent evaluation
