May recommend surger: The symptoms of gastritis and gallbladder can often be very similar--pain in the middle of the upper abdomen and right side which is more often after eating. If the surgeon thinks it's appropriate she will order an ultrasound of the gallbladder and then potentially discuss surgery with you. It's important to figure out where your symptoms are coming from first

Will evaluate first: Will examine you and evaluate you , is pain related to your gall stones , do you have H pylori infection treat you with medication . If surgery is indicated to have it , Gall bladder removal is a low risk ambulatory procedure . Then you decide.
