Get HPV vaccine: You are young enough that you should take HPV vaccine. It prevents most HPV related cancers. Since you have low grade changes, you should follow your doctor's advice about periodic retesting. All women below the age of 26 should take HPV vaccine. You risk of cancer is very low if you get regular PAP tests.
