Most: of the serious issues are eliminated by the testing you mention however VIRAL syndromes such as Reiter's syndrome (arthritis, rethritis and spine arthritis...may be your next step... Since HPV is considered an STD your testing has probably eliminated that possibility. Hope this is helpful! Dr Z
