Probably not: Unable to see your picture, but the "weird bumps" you are seeing on the back of your tongue are most likely the circumvallate papillae that form a v in the back of the tongue. Most people are not aware that they are there because they are so far back, but it is a normal part of your tongue! Sore throat is probably from post nasal drainage & not STD, but if it continues get a throat culture.
