NO: strenghten pelvic floor and PC muscles with Kegal maneuvers, pelvic thrusts and abdominal bridging and planking exercises. PT will work. Strenghtening gluteal and pelvic floor muscles. Ask you GYN about the use of pelvic/vaginal weights.
