Pelvic relaxation: "Squat exercises" will not do as much to improve pelvic musculature with regard to incontinence as simply cutting off the urinary stream two to three times when emptying one's bladder. There are also graded weights which can be purchased though you GYN provider which if used over time can also improve pelvic muscle support.
