I DISAGREE: I disagree with your GYN assessment and plan the size of the teratoma might make a difference teratoma usually benign but no guarantee there is always the potential for malignancy the size of the cyst will determined the potential cancer again depend on the size but if it is symptomatic i recommend a laproscopy and excision and pathology
