Can vary: A recurrent ovarian dermoid cyst implies that you have had one removed in the past. Because of their contain hair, teeth and other structures, they don't usually go away like other benign cysts can. They can twist and cause severe pelvic pain. They can get quite large and put pressure on surrounding organs. If you are symptomatic, you should see your PCP or a gynecologist or surgeon.
